Kirurško odstranjevanje kožnih sprememb na obrazu ali vratu je namenjeno obravnavi različnih benignih in sumljivih kožnih sprememb, ki lahko predstavljajo estetsko, funkcionalno ali zdravstveno težavo. Posegi se izvajajo individualno, glede na vrsto, velikost, lego in značilnosti spremembe ter zdravstveno stanje pacienta.

Pri odstranjevanju kožnih sprememb na obrazu in vratu posebno pozornost namenjamo estetskim in anatomskim značilnostim obravnavanega področja. Kirurški pristop načrtujemo tako, da je mogoče spremembo v celoti odstraniti, hkrati pa čim bolj ohraniti okoliška tkiva in doseči čim boljši estetski rezultat. Pri tem upoštevamo naravne kožne gube, potek kožnih linij in vidnost pooperativne brazgotine.

Poseg običajno izvajamo v lokalni anesteziji, izbira kirurške tehnike pa je odvisna od značilnosti spremembe in njenega položaja. Po odstranitvi se rana ustrezno oskrbi in po potrebi zašije s ciljem doseganja čim boljšega celjenja in čim manj opazne brazgotine.

V primeru kliničnega suma na maligno obolenje ali kadar je potrebna natančnejša opredelitev spremembe, odstranjen vzorec pošljemo na patohistološko preiskavo. Ta omogoča mikroskopsko analizo tkiva in opredelitev narave spremembe ter predstavlja pomembno podlago za odločitev o morebitnem nadaljnjem zdravljenju ali spremljanju.

Pacientom po posegu podamo navodila za ustrezno nego rane, zaščito kože in spremljanje celjenja. Po potrebi se opravijo kontrolni pregledi, odstranitev šivov ter pogovor o izvidu patohistološke preiskave in nadaljnjih ukrepih.

Cilj posega je varna in strokovna odstranitev kožne spremembe ob upoštevanju zdravstvenih indikacij, funkcionalnih zahtev in estetskih načel, ki so pri posegih na obrazu in vratu še posebej pomembna.

No. You can book the examination privately without a referral. The specialist will examine the face and neck, assess the jaw joint, perform an intraoral examination, and analyse an orthopantomogram or CBCT scan. You will receive a written report with a treatment plan.

Before the procedure, we carry out a preoperative examination and laboratory tests. On the day of surgery, the procedure takes about 30 minutes and is performed under short general anesthesia without hospitalization. After two hours of rest, you can go home, and stitches are removed after one week.

Orthognathic (orthofacial) surgery corrects misalignments between the upper and lower jaws that cause difficulties in chewing, speaking, or breathing (including OSAS). A candidate is usually an adult whose jaw growth is complete and for whom orthodontic treatment alone is not sufficient.

Most patients return to light daily activities within 7–10 days after arthroscopic or open TMJ surgery. Full chewing load and sports activities are usually allowed after 4–6 weeks, depending on the type of procedure and individual progress.

If bone height is sufficient, the implant is placed immediately. In cases of insufficient bone, we perform a sinus lift and add a bone substitute (often enriched with the patient’s own PRP plasma). The implant is usually placed after 4–6 months, once the new bone has integrated.
