A group of top experts with many years of clinical experience detects possible early signs of numerous diseases, provides advice, and treats.

Managerial examinations are intended for different age groups and individual workloads or wishes. The contents take into account the protocol that applies to preventive examinations of the adult population and the Occupational Safety and Health Act (Official Gazette 56/99).

In addition to the two defined programs, we offer the possibility of individual adaptation and expansion of content (specialist urological examination, specialist orthopedic examination and specialist neuropsychiatric examination, etc.).

  • Anthropometric measurements by calculating body mass index.
  • Extended biochemical blood analysis:
    • Biochemical tests: liver tests, kidney function (including urea, creatine, uOGF) urate, blood sugar, lipid status and iron status
    • Hematological tests
    • Thyroid hormone status
    • Urine examination
  • Preventive examination of cardiovascular status: Cardiological examination It includes an interview and a clinical examination by a cardiologist.
    • Resting ECG
    • spirometry (lung function measurement)
    • ankle-foot index measurement (screening test for atherosclerotic narrowing of the arteries of the lower extremities)
  • Load testing on a bike: which we use to exclude or confirm the likelihood of ischemic heart disease and assess cardiocirculatory capacity; we also monitor and assess changes in blood pressure and heart rate during and after physical exertion.
  • Ultrasound examination of the heart:  Color Doppler examination allows you to determine and measure the size of the heart chambers, the movement and thickness of the heart walls, assess the condition of the heart valves and pericardium, the width of the aorta and the thickness of its walls.
  • Ultrasound examination of the carotid arteries: Color Doppler sonography allows for non-invasive imaging of atherosclerotic changes present on the inner lining of the vessels.
  • Ultrasound examination of the internal organs of the abdomen and pelvic area: It allows us to assess the structure of the liver, gallbladder, bile ducts, spleen, pancreas, kidneys, adrenal glands, bladder and large vessels. Color Doppler allows us to assess circulatory disorders in these organs. We also examine the genitals.
  • Ultrasound examination of the thyroid gland and soft structures of the neck: It allows you to assess the size of the thyroid gland, the internal structure of the thyroid gland, and changes in the glands of the neck. It includes an examination of the thyroid gland, all major salivary glands, lymph nodes, and other soft structures of the neck.
  • Ophthalmological examination: It includes a systematic examination of all parts of the eye, pupillary reactions, the lens, vitreous, fundus, measurement of intraocular pressure with a vision examination.

This is a comprehensive examination that includes laboratory tests, an ECG, an abdominal ultrasound, blood pressure measurement, and a consultation with a doctor. If necessary, specialist examinations are also included, depending on the individual's health condition.

The examination is intended for anyone who wants to actively take care of their health - especially executives, people under stress, and individuals over the age of 40. It is also suitable for anyone who has an increased risk of chronic diseases.

The examination takes place at an agreed time, lasts approximately 2-3 hours and includes various diagnostic procedures. At the end, you will receive a written report and recommendations for further treatment or lifestyle changes.

Yes, the program can be fully adapted to your wishes and any health problems. Upon agreement, we can include additional tests or examinations by specialists.

It is recommended once a year or at least every few years – especially after the age of 40 or if you have risk factors. Regular check-ups allow for early detection of disease and a better chance of successful treatment.
