She completed her studies at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Ljubljana in 2008 and passed the specialist examination in orthopedic surgery in 2015. In 2015, she received the title of Doctor of Science after completing her doctoral studies in Biomedicine with a doctoral dissertation in the field of knee arthroscopy. She is an assistant at the Department of Orthopaedics, Faculty of Medicine, University of Ljubljana.
Field of work
She deals with general and diverse orthopedic pathology with an emphasis on foot and knee pathology in both adults and children. She operates on patients with various foot and toe deformities (e.g. hallux valgus) as well as with wear and tear of the knee articular cartilage and meniscus injuries.
