Otorhinolaryngologists are specialised in surgery of the head and neck. There are a number of diagnostic procedures (otomicroscopy of the ears, endoscopy of the nasal cavity and audiometry) with which diseases and irregularities of anatomy of the head can be diagnosed. Improvements in technology have seen rapid changes in the treatment of head and neck disorders over recent years. Consequently, easier and more detailed diagnostic procedures have become available, whereas surgical treatments have become “minimally invasive”, which significantly reduces post surgery recovery time.
We perform surgical correction of the nasal column or septoplasty in order to enable and improve airflow in the nasal channels. In the event of repeated sore throat, or chronic inflammation of the tonsils we remove the tonsils or palate in adults. We have a wide experience in ear correction surgeries, as well as other interventions in otorhinolaryngology.
