Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery
Aesthetic interventions are roughly divided into non-surgical and surgical interventions. Nonsurgical interventions are less invasive and are mainly used for face and body rejuvenation:
- Wrinkle removal by botulin toxin A (botox)
- Tissue volume augmentation with fillers (hyaluronic acid, own fat)
- Skin rejuvenation with mezzo-therapy
- Face lifting with absorbable threads and
- Chemical peeling.
When non-invasive methods do not offer satisfactory results, it is time to reconsider surgical rejuvenation. At this point, it is necessary to point out, that best results are achieved only with post-surgery additional non-surgical procedures.
